Make sure that you are
able to print locally first. Open an application that
is installed on your local computer and try to print
a test page. If you are unable to print locally, you
will not be able to print from eSERVER. Any local
printing issues will need to be resolved before proceeding.

If your computer has
Windows Vista on it you will need to first turn off
a setting called User Access Control (UAC) on your
computer. To learn how to turn off User Access Control
(UAC), click
here.

Click the link below
to download the installation file to your computer

UniPrint Client Version 3.631
|

Click "Run"
|
| 5. |
Click "Next"

| 6. |
Select "I Agree"
and click "Next"

| 7. |
Keep the default selections
and Click "Next"

Click "Next"

|
| 9. |
Once the installation
is completed, click "Finish"

If you are prompted,
click OK to reboot your computer. Not all installations
will require a reboot.

If your computer has
Windows Vista on it you will now want to turn back
on the setting called User Access Control (UAC). To

You
should now be able to successfully print from the
eSERVER system.

How
to Print
|
| 1. |
From within Agent,
start to print as you normally would
such as clicking File > Print.

On the first print
dialog screen, choose "UniPrint" and click
OK.

After a few seconds,
a second print dialog screen will show up.
Highlight the appropriate printer and click "Print".
