Do you sell the real estate software?
  No, we are not resellers of the AgentOffice, Agent 2000 or Executive Agent software. The service we provide essentially makes your software web-based.  Before using the services of eSERVER you must already own the software which you can purchase directly from the software manufacturer, FNIS.  Here is their phone number: (800) 996-6546.  Once you own the software, you will need to provide us with your license and install codes upon signup so we can install the software on our servers for you.
 
How do I determine how many user accounts to sign up?
  Our licensing is based on a "named user" model.  Each person needs to have their own user account.  A user is able to access our system from as many different computers as they desire (home, office, laptop, etc.) however only 1 person can use 1 account.  A user account cannot be shared with others.  This policy is strictly enforced due to security reasons.
 
Where is my data stored when I am working in the software?
  The data you enter in the software is stored in a private company drive on the server that only your company's users have access to.  The data is backed up every day.
 
Do I need high speed internet access to use eSERVER Agent? Does it use a lot of bandwidth?
  No. Our services can be used with as slow as a 56k modem. Because only screen updates and keystrokes are passed through the internet, it does not use a lot of bandwidth.
 
Will my documents be secure if they're saved over the Internet?
  Our system benefits from Microsoft Windows 2003 security at the server level, and documents are sent to the server using Citrix's ICA, which encrypts information and offers an additional level of security. Also, network and server monitoring is done 24/7.
 
Can I print on my printer even though the software is running from your servers?
  Yes. We provide to our customers a printing solution called UniPrint which allows printing from the eSERVER system to your local printer.  For UniPrint to work, you will need to download and install a small file which will be provided to you free of charge.
 
Are we able to add users later on if we need to?
  Yes.  First you will need to make sure you have the proper licensing on your software in order to support more users.  Then you simply call or email us with the user's information and we setup the account.  The new user will then have access to your company drive just like all of the other users.
 
Does your system allow for the synching of data with a PDA?
  Yes, we provide a solution that will allow you to sync your Palm Pilot with your hosted AgentOffice database.  Only Palm Operating systems are supported at this time.  There will be a one-time setup fee of $99 per person for this solution.
